An important result, individual or team, can only be achieved through meticulous planning and organization of physical exercise.
First of all, we need to determine the goals together in a clear and concrete way, by detailed planning of necessary activities and defining times and methods. And then, all we have to do is to start! It's easy, isn't it?
Simplicity is the foundation of my working strategy: K.I.S.S.! "Keep it simple, stupid!" A complex process is put aside in favour of straightforward simplicity.
Simplicity of course, but attention to detail as well! That's what makes the difference between an athlete who is potentially a winner and one who finally wins!
